Private Integrative Mentorship
A grounded and integrative approach to becoming more fully alive.
Online worldwide • In-person available in Santa Barbara & Topanga Canyon
Through long-form one-on-one support, we create space to explore the narrative, relational, somatic, cognitive, and creative patterns shaping your inner and outer life with precision, compassion, and reverent curiosity.
I approach this work as deeply relational and integrative, weaving together psychosomatics, relational inquiry, embodiment practices, emotional processing, creativity, reflective dialogue, and meaning-oriented exploration.
The intention is not perfection or dependency, but greater coherence, self-trust, aliveness, and the capacity to sustainably inhabit your life more honestly and fully.

Meaningful transformation rarely happens through insight alone.
Patterns reveal themselves gradually through relationship, consistency, and sustained inquiry. While moments of breakthrough can be powerful, true integration happens when new ways of relating, creating, and living become practiced over time.
This work is designed to support ustainable integration and embodied change.

This work is for emotionally aware and creatively inclined humans devoted to deeper self-understanding, relational connection, emotional clarity, and more embodied ways of living.
Many people drawn here are navigating seasons of transition, creative stagnation, grief, burnout, relational challenges, or a subtle call towards more embodied ways of being and relating to life.
You do not need to identify as an artist to engage in this work. I view creativity as an essential part of being fully alive.
-
I approach this work through an integrative and relational lens informed by my studies and training in Integrative Psychology, Psychosomatics, Parts Work, relational inquiry, embodiment practices, nervous system awareness, emotional processing, and creativity as a way of life.
Rather than focusing on one isolated aspect of the self, this work supports the whole human experience: psyche, soma, cognition, behavior, relationships, belief systems, emotional patterns, creativity, and meaning-making.
Together, we explore the relational, emotional, somatic, cognitive, and creative patterns shaping your inner and outer life with precision, compassion, and curiosity.
