    Group workshops, reflections, connections, prompted creative explorations

  • Calls to action, guided meditations, breathwork, worksheets, journal prompts, art prompts, etc.

  • Practices, concepts, prompts and actionable steps that support you in the journey from knowing the knowledge to embodying the wisdom

  • A community safe space where members of this course can connect, reflect, empower, co-create and co-liberate together

  • A safe space to ask for guidance, connect, and share whatever is present with me

I’m Harmony Sunshine

(yes it’s literally on my birth certificate)

As the facilitator of the container, I am here to hold you, guide you, hear you, and most importantly reflect back to you a clear mirror of your own impactful presence. Regardless of the roles we each embody, I am a fellow human being here with you along this journey of creative exploration and juicy liberation. I am also a ritualistic ceremonialist, a keeper of sacred song and sound, a creative visionary, and a humble guide, here to weave the web of collective connection with a thread of unconditional love. May we dance, sing, weave, laugh, create, and liberate TOGETHER.
